Additional information
- All reservations, arrival and departure dates will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment
- Check-in is at 2 pm on arrival day and rooms must be vacated by 10 am on departure day save for special arrangements which can be made at reception. All rooms include mini bar, color television, radio, direct-dial phone, safe and hairdryer. Bathing robes and slippers can be used free of charge.
- Please do bring swimming outfits, bathing caps, trainers and tracksuits.
- We politely ask you not to enter the restaurant in shorts, sandals or bathing robe.
- Please be respectful to others and keep your mobile phones turned off during dinner and in the Beauty Farm area.
- Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
- A surcharge of EUR 15 is required for pets (without feeding). Pets must not be brought into the restaurant and the health and wellness zones and must be kept on leash inside and outside the hotel.
- The health department is open from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, on request on holidays.
- To guarantee best possible treatments, please make sure to book ahead with our Health & Beauty Farm manager, Ms Mirella Holzer.
- The indoor pool is open from 7 am to 8 pm. The sauna / steam bath is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
